Our Policy

You may request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery, provided the shoes are unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

How to Start

1. Email care@wej.com.pk with your order number and reason.
2. Our team will share return instructions.
3. Once received and inspected, your exchange is dispatched or your refund is processed.
